Ojone Emeh is a Senior Counsel at Explorers Legal Practitioners.

Before joining Ascension, Ojone worked with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs United Kingdom (HMRC) as a Tax administrator and subsequently at the Plateau State Ministry of Justice and Evaruth Solicitors, Arbitrators and Notary Public.

Ojone has been involved in various cases in the Nigerian Courts and at the Tax Appeal Tribunal. She is well experienced and vast in various aspect of International commercial law, corporate law, business law and Tax Law. She has worked in various tax litigation cases, delivering regulatory tax support, legal advisory services to various clients, drafting of legal document and contracts and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients.

Ojone graduated from the University of Glamorgan, United Kingdom where she obtained her LLB Law with Business Studies and went further to obtain an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of South Wales United Kingdom. She obtained BL from the Nigerian Law School in 2016 and is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
